What kind of EV cars can charge at these chargers?
Any plug-in EV that has a CHAdeMO or CCS (type 2) DC fast charging port. Note that not all EV’s are capable of DC fast charging.
How do I use the charging station?
How do I use the standard chargers?
Just like you use your EV charger at home. Plug it in and push the start button. Push the Stop button when you are done. There is also an emergency stop button.

How much does it cost to charge using a Vector EV charger?
For now, our chargers are free to use. However, for certain sites you may need to pay for the parking (such as Britomart). You are responsible for checking and paying any car parking charges.

Can commercial vehicles use the EV chargers?
Yes, the EV chargers are designed for all road users.
Is there a time limit on parking at the chargers?
Yes. The rapid chargers are P30 and the standard chargers are P120 for all users. We ask that users do not exceed these time limits.
Cars are exceeding the parking limit, what can I do?
We do not regularly monitor the car parks, however we may take action if vehicles overstay. If you notice a vehicle overstaying the time limit, please let us know by contacting 0508 VECTOR or email us at email@example.com with the licence plate, location and time.
